Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team on a contract basis in Northeast Aurora, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating sales activities, and excels at keeping processes organized and moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, customer follow-ups, and documentation
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and tracking spreadsheets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
Serve as a point of contact between sales, operations, and customers
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, customer-focused demeanor
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
