Customer Service & Support
Customer Service Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and transactions in CRM systems
- Process orders, service requests, and account updates with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Sales & Revenue Support Duties
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs
- Educate customers on available products, features, and promotions
- Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions and outbound outreach
- Support the sales team by entering prospects, tracking opportunities, and updating pipelines
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of customer service experience; sales or retail experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
