What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market outreach

• Meet with prospective clients to understand hiring and workforce challenges

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers

• Develop staffing and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs

• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver top talent and excellent service

• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals

 

What We're Looking For

• Sales interest and/or experience

• Proven success meeting or exceeding goals

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Base salary up to $75,000 + commission
