Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and manage software licensing activities
- Create, verify, update, and distribute license files
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries, primarily through email
- Utilize established templates, checklists, and internal procedures
- Partner with sales, accounting, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment
- Assist with general administrative needs and provide backup support for front office functions
- Follow defined processes while managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and direction
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and internal tools
- Administrative, operations, or sales support experience
- Exposure to CRM systems or business software platforms
- Familiarity with software or licensing processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Fully onsite role in San Diego
