Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually
Sales Operations Coordinator opportunity in San Diego. Onsite role supporting order processing, CRM management, and software licensing within a stable, team-focused environment.
A well-established software organization is seeking a highly detail-oriented administrative professional to support order processing, licensing coordination, and internal sales operations. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to grow within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting, enjoys learning new systems, and can manage a variety of responsibilities with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and manage software licensing activities
  • Create, verify, update, and distribute license files
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries, primarily through email
  • Utilize established templates, checklists, and internal procedures
  • Partner with sales, accounting, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment
  • Assist with general administrative needs and provide backup support for front office functions
  • Follow defined processes while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and direction
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and internal tools
Preferred Background:
  • Administrative, operations, or sales support experience
  • Exposure to CRM systems or business software platforms
  • Familiarity with software or licensing processes is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
