Senior Accountant | Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing, PE-backed manufacturing organization in the Lafayette area seeking a Senior Accountant (with potential to elevate to Assistant Controller depending on experience). This position reports directly to the CFO and supports global accounting operations across multiple entities within a collaborative, smaller-office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close

• Manage cost accounting (inventory, COGS, variances)

• Perform variance analysis and track KPIs

• Support AP, AR, and cash processes

• Prepare consolidated financial statements

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Partner with global finance teams

• Support audits and maintain internal controls

• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements

• Build financial models and support analysis

• Assist with cross-functional projects
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 3+ years of accounting experience required, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required

• CPA preferred

• Public accounting foundation preferred

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
