Senior Accountant

LHH is assisting our property management client in their search for a qualified Senior Accountant to add to their growing team. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Vice President of Accounting in the preparation of financial statements, financial reporting and SOX/SOC controls. Job Description
- Perform month-end close responsibilities
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure their accuracy including monthly reconciliations of bank accounts
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Providing management with information vital to meet key metrics
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
- Evaluating and improving internal control systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience, strong focus on cash
- Strong knowledge of financial software systems (e.g., Sage Intacct).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience in cost control in a multi-revenue stream environment is a plus

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
