Our client in Concord is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the close process, working cross-functionally, and contributing to process improvements within a growing organization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with the Controller

• Prepare financial statements and support reporting and analysis

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations; manage fixed assets and depreciation

• Oversee inventory accounting, including costing and reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit support

• Identify and implement process improvements; document accounting procedures

• Utilize ERP systems and Excel for reporting and data analysis

• Support cash management, AR/AP reconciliations, and ad hoc projects

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3–5 years of total accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant capacity

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
