Description:
This role prepares and analyses financial statements, manages general ledger accounts, ensures GAAP/IFRS compliance, and supports audits and taxes. It also mentors junior staff, maintains accurate financial data, oversees budgeting and forecasting, improves accounting workflows, and acts as a bridge between junior accountants and management.

Minimum Requirements
- A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar major is required
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP or Unit4 a plus), advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and an in-depth understanding of GAAP.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and present findings clearly.
- A high degree of accuracy and detail is crucial for maintaining financial data integrity.
- Effective communication with junior staff, finance managers, executives, and auditors.
- Ability to investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and compliance issues.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
