Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Local candidates only)

Salary Range: $72,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role, and only candidates currently residing in the Nashville area will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Must currently reside in Nashville, TN
