About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role, and only candidates currently residing in the Nashville area will be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assist with audits and tax filings
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Must currently reside in Nashville, TN
