We’re seeking a finance professional who combines technical expertise with a commitment to mission-driven work. This role supports the financial operations of a nonprofit organization, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage financial records using an ERP or similar accounting system

  • Monitor and report on donor-restricted funds and long-term investment accounts

  • Reconcile financial data across internal systems and coordinate with external finance partners

  • Collaborate with fundraising and advancement teams to ensure consistency in donor records

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of annual financial statements

  • Support audit readiness and help implement improvements to financial workflows

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial practices align with organizational values

Qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit finance or a similarly structured organization

  • Familiarity with audit processes and fund accounting principles

  • Knowledge of donor-restricted assets and endowment reporting

  • Proficiency with ERP platforms and donor management systems

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting impactful work

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
