Key Responsibilities
Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Variance Analysis support or ownership
Maintain accurate general ledger records, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and depreciation
Analyze financial statements and investigate variances
Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Review cash flow analysis and banking reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Serve as a mentor/reviewer for junior accounting staff as needed
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
Collaborate with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and other departments to resolve accounting issues
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
CPA or CPA-track preferred, not required
Experience with full-cycle close
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in Excel
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
