LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Sacramento, CA non-profit organization with Administrative Assistant opportunity.
This role supports a service-oriented organization by acting as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking guidance and resources. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism when assisting individuals navigating complex or sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound inquiries and provide timely, thoughtful responses
Assess needs and direct individuals to appropriate resources
Support day-to-day administrative operations and documentation
Coordinate meetings, events, and outreach activities
Assist with updating digital content (websites, communications)
Prepare event materials (e.g., signage, badges)
Review written content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Environment & Tools:
Hybrid schedule
Collaborative office setting
Tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, Canva
Additional Details:

Salary: $85k-95k
