🏗️ Construction Project Manager
📍 Fort Lauderdale, FL
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-end general contractor known for delivering luxury custom homes and select commercial builds across South Florida. With a strong pipeline of $5M–$10M+ projects, they’re looking to add a sharp Project Manager to help lead multiple active builds and drive execution at a high level.

💼 What You’ll Do
Manage 2–3 concurrent construction projects from pre-con through closeout
Own project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal teams
Ensure all work is completed in line with plans, specs, and safety standards
Track costs, manage change orders, and keep projects financially on track
Utilize Procore to manage documentation, reporting, and project flow
Identify risks early and proactively solve issues to keep projects moving
🎯 What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of Construction Project Management experience
Strong background in high-end residential or luxury custom construction
Proven ability to manage multiple active projects at once
Hands-on experience working with field teams and Superintendents
Strong Procore experience (highly preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, builder-led environment
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $125K–$130K
