What You'll Do
Lead electrical design efforts from concept through construction
Develop building electrical systems for complex projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Perform QA/QC reviews and technical oversight
Prepare reports, specifications, calculations, and design documents
Serve as a trusted client-facing engineering resource
Mentor and support junior engineering staff
Contribute to proposal development and project pursuits

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
6+ years of electrical engineering experience within the A/E consulting industry
Strong experience designing building electrical systems
Project management experience
Ability to lead project teams and coordinate across disciplines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards
Preferred Experience
Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
Electrical design and calculation software experience
Healthcare, education, commercial, aviation, government, or data center project experience
Sustainable design and energy-efficiency experience
LEED Accreditation or related certifications

Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000–$180,000
Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus
