What You'll Do

• Lead electrical design efforts from concept through construction

• Develop building electrical systems for complex projects

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Perform QA/QC reviews and technical oversight

• Prepare reports, specifications, calculations, and design documents

• Serve as a trusted client-facing engineering resource

• Mentor and support junior engineering staff

• Contribute to proposal development and project pursuits

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License

• 6+ years of electrical engineering experience within the A/E consulting industry

• Strong experience designing building electrical systems

• Project management experience

• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate across disciplines

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards

Preferred Experience

• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency

• Electrical design and calculation software experience

• Healthcare, education, commercial, aviation, government, or data center project experience

• Sustainable design and energy-efficiency experience

• LEED Accreditation or related certifications

• 3 Days Remote

Compensation

Base Salary: $140,000–$180,000

Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus
