LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant with 7 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an extremely active and dynamic calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and requests for the CEO’s attention.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and executive-level communications.
- Act as a partner to the CEO, helping to manage priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, clients, and external partners.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, executive retreats, and leadership meetings.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the office layout and equipment
- Proficient with Excel, Concur
- 7-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting the C Suite
