LHH Recruitment is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our client's team in the Greater Nashville area!

  • Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)


Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in delivering strategic insights through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. This position will partner with leadership to support decision-making, drive business performance, and improve financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
