Senior Full Cycle Recruiter

LHH is seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced construction environment for one of our clients in Woodstock, GA. This role requires a hands-on, strategic recruiter who can own the end-to-end hiring process while also ensuring seamless coordination and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer delivery
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, prioritize roles, and drive hiring strategy
Manage and optimize pre-employment processes, including drug screens, background checks, and compliance requirements
Oversee and ensure accuracy of new hire onboarding, documentation, and system workflows
Proactively identify and resolve candidate pipeline, application, or process challenges
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient hiring processes
Track and manage recruiting activity, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Support and mentor junior team members or assist with recruiting operations as needed
Act as a key contributor to improving recruiting processes, workflows, and overall efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house), ideally in high-volume or field-based environments
Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes
Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decision-making
Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvement
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time (40 hours/week)
On-site in Woodstock, GA
Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
