Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join a Fortune 500 company located in the Corpus Christi area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits
Act as a Senior SOX specialist, contributing to the design, enhancement, and execution of the annual SOX program
Own significant portions of audit engagements from planning through closing
Manage key aspects of the annual compliance cycle
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior auditors
Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of external audit or internal audit experience at a publicly traded company
Strong working knowledge of SOX and internal controls
CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA preferred
