LHH is recruiting for a full-time, REMOTE Senior Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you are an experienced professional who brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise, blending analytical thinking with creativity, strong background in CRM automation, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing, enjoys cross functional collaboration that delivers measurable results throughout the customer journey, this role may perfect for you!
Location: Remote. Open only to candidates located in the United States.
Compensation: $130K-$160K + benefits
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.
Role Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing within B2C, fintech, or subscription-based sectors.
Demonstrated hands on and strategic success in designing and optimizing automated lifecycle journeys that deliver measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Strong grasp of audience segmentation, data-driven triggers, and personalization techniques.
Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, or business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Creative problem-solver who makes decisions based on data.
