**Must have extensive commercial property administration experience***

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as front desk lead; greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a polished, professional environment

  • Track staff availability and coordinate office coverage as needed

  • Keep reception and conference areas clean, organized, and fully functional

  • Handle tenant and contractor requests; create and dispatch work orders in a timely manner

  • Coordinate building access, security clearances, freight, and after-hours requests

  • Manage courier/FedEx services and support vendor communication

  • Order and maintain office, kitchen, and operational supplies

  • Track certificates of insurance and ensure compliance requirements are met

  • Support office operations: equipment maintenance, expense reports, and purchase orders

  • Coordinate meetings, events, tours, travel, and staff activities

  • Maintain files, contact lists, and tenant communications

  • Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and general building operations

  • Support managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial real estate/ property management industry required.

  • People-focused, understanding the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members.

 

 

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Employment Type: Direct hire 

  • Compensation: $60,000-67,000 annually

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75202
