Overview
Our client, a well-established financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team on a hybrid basis. This individual will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of business areas, with a focus on attracting top talent within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including front-office, operations, and corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
Conduct candidate screenings and manage the interview process from initial outreach through offer stage
Maintain and build strong talent pipelines, particularly within financial services
Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches
Qualifications
5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries
Strong track record recruiting across a variety of roles and levels
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
Experience managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing competing demands
Preferred Background
Experience working directly within a financial institution (banking, asset management, insurance, or fintech)
Exposure to both corporate and revenue-generating functions
Work Environment & Compensation
Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 base
Bonus: Discretionary/Performance-based
