Overview

Our client, a well-established financial services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team on a hybrid basis. This individual will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of business areas, with a focus on attracting top talent within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including front-office, operations, and corporate functions

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct candidate screenings and manage the interview process from initial outreach through offer stage

  • Maintain and build strong talent pipelines, particularly within financial services

  • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders

  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience while juggling multiple active searches

 

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, banking, or related industries

  • Strong track record recruiting across a variety of roles and levels

  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates

  • Experience managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing competing demands

 

Preferred Background

  • Experience working directly within a financial institution (banking, asset management, insurance, or fintech)

  • Exposure to both corporate and revenue-generating functions


Work Environment & Compensation

  • Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

  • Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 base

  • Bonus: Discretionary/Performance-based
