We are looking to fill a Senior Staff Accountant with a company based in Carrollton, TX. This position will be responsible for performing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and assisting with the full month end close process. This company has a great family friendly environment and it’s known to be a fantastic place to work. This position will pay 75K-85K+bonus and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile accounting transactions

  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts

  • Responsible for general ledger and month-end close

  • Responsible for providing ad-hoc analysis

  • Responsible for income statement, balance sheet, and assisting with variance analysis

  • Research, investigate and report issues and corrections related to the GL Transactions

  • Collaborate with the other teams within the company on projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

  • 2-5 year experience within accounting

  • Knowledge of GAAP

  • Experience with deadline-oriented, multi-task environment

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Be able to work in a team environment

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
