Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist

LHH is looking for a Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist to join an in‑house subrogation team and take the lead on some of our most complex and high‑impact claims.


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage complex subrogation claims, including high‑value and total loss cases

  • Investigate accidents, liability, and damages to determine recovery opportunities

  • Negotiate recoveries directly with insurance carriers and third parties

  • Resolve disputes through negotiation, Arbitration Forums, or other resolution methods

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Maintain accurate documentation using claims management systems and industry tools

  • Drive recovery performance while balancing strategy, accuracy, and customer impact


🧠 What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience handling subrogation claims, preferably in an in‑house or high‑volume environment

  • Confidence managing high‑dollar, complex cases

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance requirements
