What You’ll Do
Support estimated tax calculations and annual compliance processes.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including partnership, REIT, and corporate returns.
Review income tax returns prepared by external consultants for multi-entity operations across various states.
Coordinate and monitor tax compliance efforts with outside advisors.
Lead or assist with special tax projects involving technical planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, and tax payment processes.
What You Bring
3+ years of partnership tax experience (Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred).
Proven ability to learn new areas and apply existing knowledge effectively.
CPA license and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
Familiarity with real estate tax concepts is a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, including balance sheets and income statements.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently, identify issues, and know when to ask questions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Analytical thinker who asks “why” and seeks clarity when needed.
Organized and able to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
