LHH is excited to partner with a fast growing company who is building out their Accounting team. This role will be instrumental in developing Accounting Policy, determining Correct Accounting Treatment, and participating in Financial Reporting. We are looking for someone who likes a fast paced and quick moving environment.
This is a newly added role and will have a lot of growth potential! Hybrid in office 3 days per week, you should expect to work around 40-45 hours normally, with peaks to 55 hours a few times a year

This job:
Strong focus on tackling and developing Accounting Policy; Design and execute new policy
Financial Reporting for multiple entities and consolidation
Technical Accounting application to business matters
Point of contact for external audit
We are looking for:
3+ years of experience, preferring some of it in larger public accounting firm
CPA strongly preferred, BS in Accounting required as a minimum
Technical Accounting, Accounting Policy experience
Solid understanding of US GAAP

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
