LHH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our client.  This individual is responsible for managing the daily receiving and shipping of materials to support production and customer orders. This hands?on role ensures materials are received accurately, staged correctly, stocked efficiently, and shipped on time while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain warehouses and work areas in a clean, safe, secure, and organized condition always
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily inbound deliveries and outbound pickups
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials including doors, frames, hardware, glass, crates, and inhouse shop items
  • Ensure materials are offloaded, staged in the correct department, and accurately received into the system
  • Collect and process all receiving paperwork daily and enter documentation into the system by end of day
  • Audit daily receipts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues as needed
  • Communicate with customers by providing delivery confirmations and tracking information
  • Assist with loading and unloading vendor semi?trucks and delivery vehicles
  • Handle Will Call orders and customer pickups
  • Pull hardware, frames, lite kits, and glass for customer orders using a forklift or manual handling
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Stock and restock materials using forklift or manual methods

Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification a plus)
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay: $23/hr - $27/hr

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
