A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Specialist n balancing customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity, and procurement activities to support business objectives and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the monthly SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, supply chain, and finance.

  • Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to support customer requirements and inventory targets.

  • Analyze forecasts, inventory performance, capacity constraints, and production schedules.

  • Identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service, and on-time delivery.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare reports, metrics, and recommendations for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in SIOP, supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or inventory management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • ERP/MRP system experience required; SAP experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning and forecasting tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
