Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000
Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in building and enhancing financial planning and analysis capabilities. This position will focus heavily on data ownership, reporting, and dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and data visualization tools.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate complex financial information into actionable insights that support business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of financial reporting and dashboarding, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, cost analysis, and key performance indicators

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performance

  • Manage and pull data from multiple sources including ERP systems, data lakes, and operational systems

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling

  • Develop cost accounting insights including cost per unit/service and inventory analysis

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and decision-making capabilities

  • Evaluate current tools and processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting quality


Qualifications:

  • 4–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

  • Strong experience with data mining and analysis from ERP and internal systems

  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills

  • Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including understanding debits and credits

  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar preferred)

  • Cost accounting or cost analysis experience preferred
