Key Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation for assigned accounts
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure data integrity
Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager on audit preparation and audit-related requests
Assist with financial analyses, reporting, and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on accounting or related financial experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline preferred
Foundational knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
Working familiarity with general ledger processes and account reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate functions and formulas
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
