Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation for assigned accounts

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure data integrity

• Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager on audit preparation and audit-related requests

• Assist with financial analyses, reporting, and ad hoc accounting projects as needed

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounting or related financial experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline preferred

• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles

• Working familiarity with general ledger processes and account reconciliations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate functions and formulas

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
