Staff Accountant – On-Site | Cranberry Township, PA

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to grow into a more well-rounded role? We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations in a dynamic, manufacturing, and team-oriented environment.

This position offers hands-on exposure across multiple areas of accounting, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set and take on broader responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Billing and collections activities
  • Assist with month-end close, including journal entries
  • Payroll processing and reporting. 
  • Support basic HR-related administrative tasks
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting with AP/AR responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Great Plains a plus)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems preferred (CBIZ)
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus

This is a fully on-site role offering a collaborative, supportive work environment with flexibility around scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
