We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong foundation in accounting principles, and is eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment application.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.

  • Analyze variances, research discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support audits, budgeting, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting preferred).

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.

  • Exposure to audit support or financial reporting.

  • CPA or CPA-eligible a plus.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $69,999.00 per year
