Staff Accountant
We're currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, and assisting with month-end close and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support financial reporting and audit requests
Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
