Staff Accountant Job in San Diego, CA
LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Staff Accountant Job in San Diego County. The Staff Accountant will have advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and worked with different ERP systems (i.e. Great Plains, Sage, Yardi). You will be responsible for recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, assisting with the month end closing procedures and ad hoc projects as assigned. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and pay is between $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities of Staff Accountant Job
Monthly Close Procedures
Full-Cycle Accounting
Recording of Accruals and Expense Allocation
Record Journal Entries
Familiar with both AP and AR processing
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of general accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. Great Plains, Sage, MAS 90)
Ability to function in fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)
