About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in Nashville, TN, is seeking a reliable and experienced Staff Accountant to support their financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site role, and only candidates currently residing in the Nashville area will be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of professional accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Must currently reside in Nashville, TN
