Staff Accountant – Healthcare Manufacturing
Location: Norristown, PA
Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in the healthcare manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, working knowledge of SAP, and a collaborative mindset to support day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with commissions and bonus compensation processing
- Support month-end close activities
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations
- Manage cash deposits and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Track and report tariffs relevant to healthcare manufacturing
- Submit documentation for biannual audits
- Assist with depreciation entries and other core accounting functions
- Collaborate with internal tax teams and external consultants
- Review tax filings prior to submission
- Provide backup support to the tax function
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Proficiency in SAP (experience in healthcare or manufacturing modules is a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Prior experience in healthcare or manufacturing environments preferred
