LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Staff Accountant job opportunity for the corporate office located in Sacramento, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of accounting experience as a Staff Accountant working within a non-profit organization. The role will work in the the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations. There will be a variety of account reconciliation work, GL related projects, assisting with the month-end, as well as other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is required
- Software experience with a medium to large ERP
- Industry experience in a non-profit organization is required
- Team player, proactive, and detailed
- Attention to detail, problem-solver, and strong time management skills
- Excellent communications (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel – Intermediate to Advanced, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 3 years of accounting experience (Staff Accountant, General Ledger Accountant)
