 Staff Accountant

  • Sarasota, FL (100% on-site)

  • $60K–$65K

What You’ll Do:

• Support month-end close (journal entries, budget vs. actuals)

• Reconcile GL & subsidiary accounts; resolve discrepancies

• Prepare financial statements & balance sheet reconciliations

• Analyze variances and support reporting insights

• Review sales commissions & approve monthly payments

• Assist with audits and budget process

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting

• 4–6 years general ledger experience

• Strong GAAP knowledge

• Advanced Excel skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
