Staff Accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support both accounting and operational functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines accounts receivable, cash management, procurement support, inventory accounting, and month-end close responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, collections, cash applications, and customer account maintenance
Process daily check and ACH deposits
Monitor aging reports and resolve customer billing discrepancies
Generate and manage purchase orders for maintenance, repairs, and operational needs
Support procurement processes and maintain accurate purchasing records
Prepare inventory-related journal entries and reconciliations
Assist with physical inventory counts and month-end closing activities
Partner with operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of related accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
