Strategic Accounts Order Processing Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Strategic Accounts Order Processing Representative to manage and process online customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience working with ERP systems, SAP, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed correctly, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships with strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage online customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.

• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and customer-specific requirements.

• Enter, update, and maintain order information in ERP and SAP systems.

• Monitor and process EDI transactions, ensuring orders are transmitted and received accurately.

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, missing information, and processing errors.

• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, changes, and potential issues.

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or exceptions.

• Provide professional and responsive support to strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order processing, customer service, order management, or sales operations.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and SAP.

• Experience working with EDI transactions and electronic order processing.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with electronic ordering systems. They can manage high volumes of online orders, identify discrepancies, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
