LHH is partnering with a growing, well-established engineering firm to add a CAD Technician to their team in Palm Beach County.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, variety in projects, and real ownership across the full lifecycle—from early design through construction documents.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and updating drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

  • Supporting civil, structural, and architectural projects

  • Working on residential renovations, additions, and structural modifications

  • Coordinating revisions and ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code

  • Managing multiple projects and keeping deliverables on track

What they’re looking for:

  • 5–8 years of experience in CAD drafting / construction documents

  • Strong AutoCAD proficiency

  • Exposure to permitting and building departments

  • Understanding of structural elements and design fundamentals

  • Ability to manage details, timelines, and quality standards independently
