Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Onsite – Portland, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Pay: $28–$35/hour DOE
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing company in Portland, Oregon for a 6-month contract. This role is essential in supporting their supply chain operations and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information across departments. For the right experience and based on business needs, there is potential for this position to become a permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the movement of materials, inventory, and products
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Assist with purchase orders, shipping documentation, and inventory reconciliation
- Support production planning and scheduling activities
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ERP or SAP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
