  • Support orders based on supplier requirements and fulfillment method, including direct and company-coordinated deliveries.

  • Monitor product availability and help address potential shortages or fulfillment issues.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep customer orders moving.

  • Help ensure the correct product reaches the customer at the appropriate time.

  • Troubleshoot order, inventory, supplier, and delivery issues as they arise.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as a key connection between Sales, customers, suppliers, Inventory, and operations.

  • Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding order requirements, changes, and delivery needs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the order cycle.

  • Help resolve issues that could impact customer commitments or delivery timelines.

  • Manage multiple priorities in an environment where order volume and business needs can change quickly.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, order fulfillment, inventory, distribution, or a related operations environment.

  • Experience entering or processing sales orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, fulfillment transactions, or similar activities within an ERP system.

  • Understanding of how goods move through the supply chain from supplier to customer.

  • Experience supporting order entry, order management, inventory, logistics, or fulfillment processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, suppliers, Inventory, operations, and customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Northwest Houston.

  • Ability to participate in rotating weekend coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JD Edwards (JDE) experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience with SAP or another comparable ERP system will also be considered.

  • Experience coordinating customer orders, suppliers, product availability, inventory, and deliveries.

  • Experience working in a high-volume supply chain or order-management environment.

Schedule & Weekend Rotation

The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite.

The position also participates in a rotating weekend schedule:

  • Approximately every third weekend

  • Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

  • Weekend coverage is remote/work from home

  • Weekend hours are paid as overtime

  • Are comfortable working hands-on in an ERP system throughout the day.

  • Can manage detailed order information accurately.

  • Know how to keep an order moving when information, inventory, or delivery issues arise.

  • Communicate effectively between sales-facing teams and operational teams.

  • Can balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
