Supply Chain Representative
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Non-Exempt

We are seeking a Supply Chain Representative to support customer service, logistics, shipping, and inventory operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with hands-on supply chain responsibilities in an office and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping plans, pickups, and deliveries

• Review invoices, shipping documents, and import documentation

• Serve as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and transaction records

• Assist with warehouse organization, packing, and inventory control

• Resolve shipping and delivery issues while minimizing unnecessary costs

• Provide customers with product, pricing, technical, and availability information

• Manage incoming calls and route customer inquiries appropriately

• Maintain customer records, logs, reports, and survey information

• Support sales, service, and administrative teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related experience preferred

• Experience with electrical or mechanical products is a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
