Job Summary

A client of LHH is seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across Arizona. This role is responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and define role requirements.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, Workday) to build candidate pipelines.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all hiring practices.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize processes accordingly.

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.

  • Stay current on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

  • Proven success in high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple departments.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, tech, cannabis).

  • Familiarity with predictive hiring models and data-driven recruitment.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.




Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
