This will start off as a contract opportunity with potential for extension and/or conversion down the road depending on performance and business need. This will primarily be a remote position but would prefer someone near a local office.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and consultative Full Desk Recruiter to join its highly tenured Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of professional and operational roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners across the organization.
This is a fully remote opportunity, with preference for candidates located near Pittsburgh, Chicago, Phoenix, Houston, or Atlanta for potential future hybrid flexibility.

Position: Full Desk Recruiter
Location: Remote (preferred proximity to Pittsburgh, Chicago, Phoenix, Houston, or Atlanta)
Type: Contract
Duration: 4–6 months with strong potential for conversion
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
What You’ll Do
As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance while acting as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
Lead intake meetings and define interview processes and sourcing plans
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 20–25 open requisitions at a time
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruiting channels
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Present qualified candidate slates and provide market insight to stakeholders
Extend offers and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Collaborate closely with HRBPs and cross-functional partners
Utilize recruiting tools and ATS platforms to manage workflows and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing a high-volume requisition load
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a talent consultant
Experience working within a large corporate environment
ATS experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
Staffing agency recruiting experience
Experience supporting high-volume hiring or hiring surges
Exposure to industrial, construction, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Familiarity with OneNote and Teams transcription tools
