  • Partner with managers and HR stakeholders to communicate key processes, timelines, expectations, and system requirements.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to managers navigating performance and talent processes.
  • Support performance and talent processes within the organization's HRIS and help identify opportunities to improve the manager and employee experience.
  • Assist with SAP SuccessFactors talent and performance processes, including evolving talent-mapping capabilities.

  • Support leadership development and employee development programs.
  • Assist with compensation-cycle communications, business-unit coordination, manager guidance, and system support.
  • Support additional HR and Talent Management projects, including internship programming.
  • Partner across HR and the business to support change management, process improvement, and adoption of evolving talent programs.
  • Track participation, completion rates, and relevant talent metrics and assist with reporting and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of HR experience, with direct experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related HR programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing a performance or talent management process from planning through execution and completion.
  • Experience with performance reviews, talent reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, employee development, or similar programs.
  • Strong manager-facing communication skills and experience providing guidance around HR programs and processes.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in an environment where processes may not always be fully documented.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and document processes and lessons learned.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
  • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly with Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Succession, or related functionality.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end performance management cycles.
  • Talent mapping and succession-planning experience.
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles and manager communications.
  • Change management, HR transformation, or process-improvement experience.
  • Experience working within a growing organization or an environment undergoing integration, acquisition, or significant organizational change.
  • Energy, oil & gas, or technology industry experience.
  • Internship-program or employer-branding experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
