Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end talent acquisition strategy for professional, leadership, and high volume/seasonal roles across multiple business units

  • Drive workforce planning and execution to support large seasonal and peak hiring cycles

  • Ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer during leadership transitions

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategy with business and operational needs

  • Establish best practices for candidate experience, compliance, and recruiting operations

Team Structure

  • Oversees a recruiting leadership team

  • Indirectly responsible for a team of recruiters and recruitment leads supporting both hourly and professional hiring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5–7+ years of people management experience

  • 10+ years of overall recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred

  • Strong background in high volume and/or seasonal recruitment

  • Preferred experience in hospitality, entertainment, attractions, tourism, or service driven industries

  • Proven ability to lead teams through periods of growth, transition, and high hiring demand

Technology & Tools

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS (or similar enterprise systems)

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work model 

  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

Compensation

$120-130k/year 



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
