Temporary Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an educational institution in Albuquerque who is in search of a temporary administrative assistant to join their team for the next 8-12 weeks. This is Monday-Friday fully onsite. Pay is up to $24/hr

This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting a team, and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic recordkeeping
  • Support front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming mail
  • Help coordinate events, meetings, or classroom-related activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude
