Call Center Representative (Onsite, 2-Month Contract)


Location: Downtown Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Contract (2 Months)
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

We’re hiring Call Center Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting inbound customer inquiries. This is a great chance to gain experience, build connections, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Document interactions and follow up as needed

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Downtown Seattle for the duration of the contract

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Competitive hourly pay

  • Potential for extension based on performance and business needs



Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
