Title Services Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced title services environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in administrative, finance, or operational work and is eager to learn. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, track, and route incoming orders to appropriate internal resources
Maintain accurate logs and records related to order activity and processing status
Monitor and manage a shared support inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
Prepare, review, and maintain policy-related documentation and tracking records
Assist with reviewing affidavits and issuing related endorsements following standard procedures
Support management with routine reports and administrative requests
Assist with basic escrow balancing or financial reconciliation tasks, as needed
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative, finance, accounting, or title-related experience preferred but not required
Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Commitment to providing strong internal and external customer service
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
